Rumor has it that RnB singer Ciara maybe signing a contract to become a Victoria Secret Angel. There has been much talk going around within the media. She was seen with Heidi Klum and Miranda Kerr at the Grand Opening of the Victoria’s Secret Lexington Avenue Flagship store. Ciara has yet to make comments or confirm any of the rumors.
