Skin Protectant Factors
Did you know the main environmental factor that causes human skin aging is UV radiation. It’s a good idea to be outside at least 15 minutes each day, but do not back in the sun. So it’s is best to avoid tanning. It’s recommended to receive 15 minutes of sunshine a day without sunscreen, this will increase vitamin D protection. The best way to protect your skin from the sun is non chemical sunscreens with physical blockers like titanium dioxide and/or zinc oxide, which sit on top of the sun. A foundation, a moisturizer, or tinted moisturizer with at least SPF 15 will provide light protection and should be adequate for everyday activities.
