Victoria Secret model trainer Brett Hoebel, The man behind great bodies like Alessandra Ambrosio and other models tells us his secrets! He says, “It’s the cross-training is key. It doesn’t let your body adapt to one stimulus to much and it keeps your workouts exciting.” Bret suggest to alternate the intensity of your sessions you should use the work, recover,work, recover method. Recovering is a big part of his training mantra, he utilizes a holistic approach to fitness. Then of course there’s the diet! Bret says, “It’s fifty percent of the battle.” He suggest staying away from the “white devils” white sugar, white flour, white salt, an white rice. Drink at least three liters of water a day to cleanse the system. Victoria Secret models are always guessing what Brett’s going to do next!
